The President of the CAM-CCBC (“Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada”), exercising its powers under Article 2.6(c) of the CAM-CCBC Arbitration Rules, approved on September 1st, 2011, with amendments approved on April 28th 2016, with the purpose of giving greater predictability and transparency to the amounts due as management fee, resolves to establish the criteria below for its calculation in cases of termination by agreement or withdrawal of the arbitral proceeding (hereinafter “early termination”).

After thirty (30) days from the submission of the Request for Arbitration until the signature of the Terms of Reference

After the signature of the Terms of Reference until the termination of the preliminary hearing or termination of the preliminary phase, when the hearing is unnecessary

Regardless of the assumptions above, if the period of twenty four (24) months is exceeded, counted from the submission of the Request for Arbitration, the full amount of the administration fees is due.

Cases not covered herein will be deliberated by the CAM-CCBC Board.
