Silvia Bernardino de Gouveia is an attorney of the Corporate, Capital Market, M&A of Trench, Rossi e Watanabe (São Paulo) – Advogados (in cooperation with Baker & McKenzie). She has vast experience in corporate law and in local and multi-jurisdictional transactions involving corporate reorganizations, M&A and joint venture projects.
