Drawing on 15 years’ experience in the Healthcare and Technology industries, he commands a deep understanding of industry players, emerging technology trends and market activities. Ricardo is actively involved with industry associations, Healthcare forums, and is presently a member of the CCBC Healthcare committee.

Ricardo has worked for large multi-national technology companies in the areas of strategic planning and market intelligence specializing in the healthcare technology sector.  He currently leads the enterprise-wide market intelligence area for PointClickCare.

The combination of his extensive experience and international flare provides a unique blend of skills to employ strategic frameworks and market analysis providing reports, insights, and recommendations to executive level stakeholders in priority initiatives.

Ricardo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida, an Executive MBA in Finance, from Brazilian Institute of Stock Market (IBMEC), Brazil and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Catholic University, Brazil.
