Going forward, both institutions will be able to operate in an integrated manner, utilizing each other\u2019s hearing centers on a bilateral basis.<\/p><p>As part of the initiative, <strong>CAM-CCBC Canada<\/strong> will be established within Arbitration Place\u2019s facilities in Toronto. The name reinforces the Chamber\u2019s historic connection with Canada, reflected in its origins and institutional identity. The initiative will provide direct access to the Canadian facility for arbitral hearings and other proceedings administered by the Brazilian institution, as well as meetings, conferences, and related activities.<\/p><p>Reciprocally, CAM-CCBC will host <strong>Arbitration Place Brazil<\/strong> at its facilities in S\u00e3o Paulo, introducing to Brazil an integrated dispute resolution model developed in Canada and successfully expanded to the United States and other international markets. The model combines premium hearing facilities with a broad range of specialized services.<\/p><p>For both organizations, the partnership represents an important step in their international expansion strategies. As part of the collaboration, Arbitration Place will also serve as CAM-CCBC\u2019s preferred provider, enabling access to stenography and real-time transcription services in Portuguese for proceedings conducted in English and French. The offering will combine specialized professionals, certified human transcription support, and artificial intelligence-assisted solutions for in-person, virtual, and hybrid hearings.<\/p><p>These resources form part of Arbitration Place\u2019s comprehensive hearing services model, which provides a centralized coordination point for all essential elements of arbitrations, mediations, and other proceedings.<\/p><p>\u201cEstablishing CAM-CCBC Canada at Arbitration Place is a natural evolution of our historic ties with Canada and an important step in our internationalization strategy,\u201d said <strong>Rodrigo Garcia da Fonseca<\/strong>, President of CAM-CCBC. \u201cThe partnership not only gives our users direct access to world-class facilities in Toronto, but also brings to Brazil the integrated services and technological innovations developed by Arbitration Place.
