The initiative provides several activities to introduce the beverage and bring the Brazilian producer closer to importers in Canada. One of them is the participation in the <em>Grande D\u00e9gustation de Montr\u00e9al<\/em> \u2013 a fair held for three days, gathering more than 200 beverage producers and 13 thousand visitors from 15 countries.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CCBC\u2019s planning ensures greater visibility to the product, placing the members in contact with shopkeepers, bar and restaurant owners, as well as professionals who work in the direct service to the end consumer, such as bartenders. The mission includes tasting rounds and opens up opportunity for attractive business conditions. There are also exclusive meetings with about 10 agents responsible for brokering the sale of alcoholic beverages in the country.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Billions of dollars in a growing market<\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cacha\u00e7a is part of the strategy for an expanding market. Between 2017 and 2016 alone, imported brands of spirits had a 4.1% growth in sales in Canada.
