USP in 1980.\u00a0 Specialized in civil procedure and international law by the Facolt\u00e0 di Giurisprudenza dell&#8217;Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Napoli, Italy, in 1984. In 1986, he began his activities as a Professor at USP, where he now teaches general theory of procedure and civil procedure.
