It takes about 10 to 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s survey will focus on efficiency in resolving international construction disputes. These are procedures related to the energy and infrastructure sectors, in which one or more parties are headquartered in different jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p>The purposes of the work are:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Identifying the causes and nature of disputes<br \/>\n\u2022 Evaluating the use and effectiveness of the use of pre-arbitration dispute settlement procedures<br \/>\n\u2022 Identifying causes of inefficiency<br \/>\n\u2022 Identifying efficiency improvements<br \/>\n\u2022 Understanding challenges<\/p>\n<p>The Queen Mary University International Arbitration School was established over 30 years ago and is a center of excellence in education and research.
