custom_padding=&#8221;|||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; custom_padding__hover=&#8221;|||&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.4&#8243; z_index_tablet=&#8221;500&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>In compliance with the terms of Article\u00a02.6(d) of the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (\u201cCAM-CCBC\u201d) Arbitration Rules 2012 (\u201c2012 Rules\u201d or \u201cCAM-CCBC Rules 2012\u201d), the following schedule of administrative fees and other expenses of the CAM-CCBC\u00a0Committee on Dispute Prevention and Solutions (\u201cExpense Table\u201d) is effective as of August\u00a001,\u00a02018.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registration Fee: four thousand reais (R$\u00a04,000.00). Proof of payment of the Registration Fee must be presented together with the request to install the Committee.<\/li>\n<li>Committee Member\u2019s Fees: as defined in the Agreement by the parties. The CAM-CCBC Secretariat may define the advance payment of part of the Committee Members\u2019 fees in order to secure the financial aspects of the proceeding.<\/li>\n<li>Fee for decision handed down by CAM-CCBC regarding Committee Members fees: ten thousand reais (R$\u00a010,000.00)<\/li>\n<li>Administration Fee: four thousand reais (R$\u00a04,000.00) per month (if there is no contractual definition, R$\u00a02,000.00 will be charged from contracting party and R$\u00a02,000.00 from contractor). The provisioning of the administration fee must be carried out in advance, one time per year.<\/li>\n<li>Initial Expense Fund:\u00a0five thousand reais (R$\u00a05,000.00) (if there is no contractual definition, R$\u00a02,500.00 will be charged from contracting party \u00a0and R$\u00a02,500.00 contractor). Considering that the expense fund corresponds to the provision of expenses for sending documents, making copies, printing, hiring suppliers to support diligences, among others, the CAM-CCBC Secretariat may request the parties to collect additional payments to the expense fund whenever necessary.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The administration fees, initial expense fund and the initial fees of the Committee Members must be fully paid prior to the signing of the Terms of Reference of the Dispute Resolution Prevention Committee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Standard payments to professionals indicated<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_button button_url=&#8221;@ET-DC@eyJkeW5hbWljIjp0cnVlLCJjb250ZW50IjoicG9zdF9saW5rX3VybF9wYWdlIiwic2V0dGluZ3MiOnsicG9zdF9pZCI6IjIyNTM5In19@&#8221; z_index_tablet=&#8221;500&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The administrative fees, Committee Members\u2019 fees and expense fund, as well as any other related expense (\u201cCommitee Expenses\u201d) shall always be provisioned under an invoice (for payment in Brazil through bank slip or abroad through international remittance) issued by the financial department (\u201cFinancial Department\u201d) of the CCBC, which shall be responsible for receipt, allocation and payment thereof.<\/p>\n<p>All the expenses shall be calculated in Reals (R$), which is the official currency in the Federative Republic of Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>If needed, the Financial Department shall request any relevant additional amounts or make any restitutions, in view of the amount received in Reals (R$).<\/p>\n<p>In any case, the Parties shall bear the applicable taxes and bank charges.<\/p>\n<p>The Registration Fee shall be deposited in the account below:<\/p>\n<p>Banco Bradesco S.A. O comprovante do recolhimento da taxa de registro dever\u00e1 ser apresentado juntamente com o requerimento para instala\u00e7\u00e3o do Comit\u00ea.<\/li><li>Honor\u00e1rios dos Membros do Comit\u00ea: conforme definido em contrato pelas partes. A Secretaria do CAM-CCBC poder\u00e1 definir, para a seguran\u00e7a\u00a0das quest\u00f5es financeiras\u00a0do procedimento, o adiantamento de parcela dos honor\u00e1rios dos Membros do Comit\u00ea.<\/li><li>Defini\u00e7\u00e3o de honor\u00e1rios pelo CAM-CCBC (caso necess\u00e1rio): R$10.000,00 (dez mil reais)<\/li><li>Taxa de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o: R$4.000,00 (quatro mil reais) por m\u00eas (caso n\u00e3o haja defini\u00e7\u00e3o contratual,\u00a0ser\u00e3o cobrados\u00a0R$2.000,00 dos contratantes e R$2.000,00 dos contratados). O provisionamento da taxa de administra\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser realizado antecipadamente, 1 (uma) vez ao ano.<\/li><li>Fundo de Despesas Inicial:\u00a0R$ 5.000,00 (cinco mil reais) (caso n\u00e3o haja defini\u00e7\u00e3o contratual, ser\u00e3o cobrados R$2.500,00 dos contratantes e R$2.500,00 dos contratados).
